Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning
Jerking is a traditional style of barbecuing. The depth of flavour is achieved by seasoning large cuts of meat and allowing it to marinate in the spices before cooking. The results are hot, spicy chunks of tender meat
Ingredients: Scallions, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Salt, Black Pepper, Allspice, Nutmeg, Citric Acid, Sugar, Thyme.
This is a jerk paste or marinade which can be used to season or baste meats or can simply be brushed on prior to grilling or baking your favorite meats.
