It is an upscale version of prepared wasabi paste. Serve with soy sauce as a dipping sauce for Sushi, Sashimi or a flavoring in Soba noodle, Udon noodle, etc. It also adds zest to Steak, Seafood Salad, Dim Sum, and the other Chinese dishes.
Often known in the west as Japanese horseradish.
