Matouk's West Indian Hot Sauce 10oz

Hot, pungent, and as thick as marmalade, all Matouk sauces come in ketchup bottles. The Matouk family has been involved in the commercial life of Trinidad and Tobago since 1925; they started a condiment company in 1968 after this former British colony attained its independence. Aged and pickled scotch bonnet peppers make this a flavorful sauce with enough kick to let you know it's not for wimps.

Ingredients: Papaya, aged pickled Scotch Bonnet peppers, vinegar, salt, mustard, onion powder and garlic, Potassium Sorbate as a Preservative.
