Ingredients: Aged pickled Scotch Bonnet peppers, vinegar, onion powder, salt, mustard, potassium sorbate as a preservative, spices, soybean oil, xanthan gum, color (FD&C yellow no. 5).
This West Indian Flambeau Sauce is a very thick, super hot, Scotch Bonnet (Congo Pepper) hot sauce that will burn you twice. Using hot pickled peppers gives it a distinct local flavour. The Trinidadians have packed quite a punch into this Flambeau or Salsa Flambe sauce, this is as hot as you can go naturally!
