"TRADITIONAL" Hot Pepper Sauce is made with Scotch Bonnet peppers, mustard, vinegar, onions, sugar, salt and garlic. The redder the peppers are at the time of cooking, the prettier the sauce becomes. It might be considered to be a bit milder than our "ORIGINAL" sauce. However, that is to be judged by your individual tolerance.
