An easy to use Scotch Bonnet paste, with nothing added. Add a dollop to make a wondrous jerk chicken or goat curry - or anything really, which makes this product a storecupboard essential. To store, just decant it into an ice-cube tray or pour oil over it to keep out the air. That way, it will last for ages, though of course, it won't!
