Marination , also known as marinating , is the process of soaking foods in a seasoned, often acidic, liquid before cooking. The origins of the word allude to the use of brine ( aqua marina ) in the pickling process, which led to the technique of adding flavour by immersion in liquid. The liquid in question, the 'marinade', is often a combination of herbs and spices .
Ingredients: Tomato Paste, Vinegar, Thyme, Celery, Eschallot, Garlic, Onion, Molasses, Spices.
Add pizzazz to beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, seafood and vegetables with this new exciting sauce. Use generously before or after cooking to enhance the suttle flavors of all your dishes with a teaspoon of this sauce. Excellent as a marinade.
