Top Tip. To roast garlic, put garlic cloves in pan about 1/4 covered with olive oil. Cover and bake in 300°F oven for 1 hour.

If you have a great recipe of your own then you can e-mail it to us and if we put it on the site we'll credit it to you. If you don't have the specific sauce mentioned then as long as you substitute a sauce of the same style then things should turn out OK. Remember, real cooking is about experimenting - Have fun!
