The recipe for this sauce was created up in the mountains of St. Mary's Parish, Jamaica, by Winston's grandmother - who thankfully passed the recipe on!
Now manufactured in Austin, Texas by Winston Thorpe and Orville Failey Sr. the sauce still captures that authentic tasting Jamaican Hot Pepper flavour that makes every dish taste special! It rewards your mouth with robust flavor, and a taste of perfection you deserve.
It's low in carbohydrates, no M.S.G., no water, all natural flavor! Winston's Hot Pepper Sauce has won many awards at food shows: first place in the Houston Hot Sauce Festival, and the Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival. It also won awards at the Texas Fiery Foods Show.
